The main problem of Tomer

 

Low safety feeling on his e-bike daily ride

 

Observations

 

In the past week, we did some observations,

some active and some passive at our research filed -

transportation.

We join Electric bicycle and Electric Scooter drivers and

ask them about their daily ride.

Findings from observations

 

1. Driving speed, lack of commitment to a particular road, and independence of traffic loads are the most obvious drivers Used in light transport.

"The speed with which you get from one place to another is the most positive point in the tool"
 

2. Lack of knowledge of the law regarding light transportation

"Because the area is breached and I chooses in real time how to behave"

"In general it is very difficult to know what the laws are and they do not have enough publicity"
 

3. Difficulty in dividing the attention of the passenger during the trip

"I never use headphones to stay connected to what's happening around me"

"I hear beeps and background sounds that are necessary for better riding"

 

4. Lack of platform for tool control and integrity

"We do not perform a periodic inspection of the scooter, as it is done with any vehicle like car"
