Speed Mentoring - Summary

During the last lesson in class, we received notes and improvements suggestions from the four mentors. 

 

The Main notes we received: 

 

1. Think about how to make a user motivated to use the app/service. For example, using rewards or activating ads through social medium, gamification, and social media - an emphasis on enjoyment and experience, combined with the use of psychological tools.
2. UX & Uן - How do I make a user want to use the app?
3, What happens while driving? Is the application passive/active?
4. Produce use case on a geographical area - what would we like to know assuming we were traveling in an easy tool in the above area? What interests me as a user? (Hence the added value) - accident history, road signs, TAMA and evacuation of construction.

5. Search for data in databases (for example, on causes of traffic accidents in light vehicles) - may be MDA, Or Yarok Association, Tel Aviv Municipality.
6. "Mapping capabilities" - looking for an existing API and understanding what can be used and what can provide me.
7. What is the safest route? Deciding how to determine - according to what practical parameters. To give weight to each of them (data-based), in addition, to reflect the different parameters and the weight of each of the parameters, thus allowing them the right to choose time and safety.
8, Think of a better method of presenting the market - if it is in such a graph, to sharpen the axes if another method - to decide according to the parameters of a learning machine or static and the level of dealing with safety versus providing the fastest route only.

9. Presentation of the uniqueness of the solution as "personal" - may cause a misunderstanding that the traveler from his point of view in the center, regardless of the other passengers and pedestrians.
10. Differences between countries: To address the existing differences by means of a mechanism that presents the state of mind and laws in that country regarding light transportation.
