Wireframes #1 + User Testing

In the class, we started to think about the first draft of our application. The draft we sketched together on the page is the first wireframes for our system.

During the thinking process, we decided to focus on two important characteristics that will be presented to the user - a number of accidents that occurred in the same way as well as personal information - whether the user has already traveled in this way.

The first characterization - the draft
It consists of only 4 screens, which are the central flow of the application:

First Screen - Entering a Goal

Second screen - travel planning
Third screen - the trip itself
Fourth screen - reaching the destination and feedbac

User Testings

We conducted the test on 5 users,
The tested users are 5 (with the aim of discovering up to 80% of the problems). Young people over the age of 22, who have basic experience in technology products, use navigation applications and drive electric bikes or electric scooters.
The test will be carried out under the conditions that are convenient for the users, at home or on the school campus. They were asked to say "out loud" all their thoughts while using the application and answer the questionnaires before and after. While we were writing the thoughts of the users, we related to the timing of the task, lack of understanding / confusion, features that users did not pay attention to, and repeated patterns of user behavior.

Finding from the User Testing

Positive points
* According to users, the app looks initially clear, especially the first screen of entering the target and search
* The essence of the application itself was understandable to most users
* The red "Stop" icon on the screen was understandable to users and they claimed that this element reminded them of the essence of Waze with the choice of "I am not the driver"
* The information hierarchy is understandable

Negative points
* The frustration, difficulty and difficulty of the users was mainly in the second screen - it was said that the screen is too complex and overloaded, making it difficult to make decisions and understand the order of actions and confusion.
* It is said that it seems that there are several ways of traveling - that is, they are different squares that present different ways. Quots: "Where is the choice here?", "It is not clear what detail to look at first from most of the information."
